Today Trump deployed the National Guard in our Nation’s Capital. Some think the Federal takeover of the D.C. police is another distraction attempt to deflect and distract from the now infamous Epstein Files, and possibly his meeting with Putin in Alaska. Either way a military takeover of Washington DC’s police force is appalling. Power concentrated in the hands of one petty man will be undone by his own fabricated chaos. Through peaceful assembly we will stand together in resistance to authoritarianism and we will win.
