Listen to the Women! An International Girls' Day March in Coral Gables, Florida

 

 

In collaboration with the Women's March of Washington DC, on International Girls Day October 11, I invite you to march in Coral Gables to remind Miami that we the people demand justice, transparency and accountability on behalf of these and all female victims of sexual abuse. 

 

 

DATE: October 11, 2025 TIME: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

 

 

MEETING POINT: Green space across Coral Gables City Hall

 

ROUTE: We will march from the green space on Biltmore Way across City hall and head East on the right side of the Mile and on 37th avenue, we will make a u-turn and march back down the other side as we did on March 8

 

ATTIRE: Wear White Clothes and *Red Lipstick in the spirit of other women's human rights and resistance movements of the past

 

OTHER: We are a non-violent group, we will march in twos on sidewalks only, we will not block streets or sidewalks, we will not engage any agitators, and we will stay true to our non-violent mission

 

SIGNAGE: Bring signs that are dedicated to any or several of the victims, that represent a clamor for justice, that demand that files be released etc. Please keep it clean [let's not give anyone fodder for nonsense] BUT be firm in your demand for justice, transparency and accountability - BE CREATIVE

INITIAL ANNOUNCEMENT and SAVE THE DATE

The manner in which the government has been complicit in ignoring women's voices and the crimes committed against them in the case of the Epstein Files is something that we women [and the men who love and support us], can not ignore. . .

We must demand that that their cases and their bravery in coming forward  be met with firm and deliberate justice!   We must demand transparency, justice and accountability on behalf of these women.

We must stand beside these women who were once abused girls, and who in coming forward and demanding justice, need the rest of us to let them know that they are not alone. 

For the sake of these and all women and girls, we must raise our voices and demand that their plights and their cases be heard.

THE GOVERNMENT AND ALL MEDIA MUST LISTEN TO THE WOMEN AND STOP COVERING UP FOR MEN IN POWER.

Women's and girls' rights are human rights and if we continuously stand together and demand justice, they will not be able to stop us.   

We must protect these women and girls, and the future of all females who are victims of sexual abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, femicide, and sadly, so much more.

For these reasons and more, we must march to let them know they are not alone and that together, we are a force for GOOD!

We must march. 

Peacefully. 

Non-violently.

But demandingly.

At the advice of one of the women in one of our past marches, this one will take place during dinner, right down the streets of downtown Coral Gables for maximum exposure to what we stand for.

ATTIRE: in the spirit of  the *Red Lipstick Resistance, please wear white, don red lipstick
WHAT TO BRING: posters dedicated to at least one of Epstein's victims, or more.  We must say their names.  We must not forget them.  Bring water and comfortable shoes.  And bring friends!  Lots of friends!
